Lines of communication - earn the respect of your teammates and coaches every day.

Winning is not a sometime thing, it is an all-time thing.  You don't win once in awhile.  You don't do things right once in awhile.  You do them right all the time.  You do them right all the time!  (When you know the right way, and you know to go that way, there is no acceptable reason to make any other choice.)
